Henry Realty LLC offers real estate agency services which consists of the brokerage office where agency relationships may be established and/or services rendered out of the referral office where there is no engagements within an actual transaction; however a referral client status may exist. Our services are designed to connect consumers, clients or referral clients pursuing real estate interests; in which real estate licensed services are sought after. Referral services include connecting with third party real-estate brokers and their sales associates, to assist them in their search, engage in potentially representing and negotiating a sale and/or managing a contract in the sale of a property (the "Service"). In order to facilitate this Service, information, including personally identifiable information, must be collected through this Site. Henry Realty LLC offers real estate brokerage services in the licensed state of Alabama, USA. These brokerage services may be offered to a consumer as a customer or a client, as services described under Alabama law, Rule 790-X-3-, 13 (1). This form shall be presented in writing as an acknowledgement that is required by Alabama law when the issue of an exempt status due to a referral does not exist.
